Julian's Daily Audio Blog (DAB) - Session 65 - Do you think in probabilistic or absolute terms?

When you are considering options of what you should or could be doing, do you think in more black and white terms (absolute) or more in grey terms (probabilistic)? The reason I am asking is, because I used to be a big black and white thinker, but I learned that successful entrepreneurs and investors love working out probabilities and so I started to learn doing that myself as well.
